Mary and Gilbert - Engagement Session

Mary and Gilbert's wedding is fast-approaching...October 11, 2008, and that day is very special to me since it will be my 1st Wedding Anniversary!! I have to tell you that Mary and Gilbert are very special to me as well...I think Mary and I are alot alike and Gilbert is so sweet and easy-going. They are having a beautiful wedding with an awesome reception afterwards...I might have to cut a rug myself! Pixels on Paper out of Charlotte will be photographing the wedding day, but recently they shot Mary and Gilbert's engagement session. Misty and Ryan are an awesome husband and wife team and have shot one of my weddings before (see my website). I believe they captured the true essence of this great couple in this engagement session. Mary is a bit sassy yet very kind and Gilbert is, well...he's just himself, easy-going. Congrats, Mary and Gilbert! I'm looking forward to seeing your day come together!

Cathy and Chris - Engagement session

This past Saturday, August 9, I had the privilege of witnessing Cathy and Chris's wedding day! I have been helping them plan their wedding since the beginning of this year and finally got to see the end result this weekend. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful wedding for a really great couple...just perfect! Since the wedding photos aren't available yet to see, I thought I'd post some of my favorite of Cathy and Chris's engagement shots, courtesy of inContrast Images. inContrast Images also shot the wedding and after looking at these engagement photos, I expect us all to be calling them soon! Great job guys!

Chris actually played with his band at the wedding. "Newgrass" instead of Bluegrass...and it rocked...pics to come from that I'm sure!

Gina and Matt's Wedding

I had the privilege of directing Gina and Matt's wedding this past Saturday, July 12, 2008 at Bryan Park in Greensboro. Gina was a beautiful bride and Matt looked very handsome! Steve Dill shot these great photos of Gina and Matt! Thanks to Steve for letting me post these photos. Looks like Gina and Matt decided to "trash the dress" courtesy of Bryan Park's sprinkler system! Gotta love that spontaneity!!
